Dress Code
The 144Club presents music in a concert atmosphere. Dress is therefore smart-casual. No trainers and football shirts etc.
Advertised Programmes
Please note that musicians and artists advertised, and dates and times advertised are correct at the time of publishing. The 144Club reserves the right to change, delay or cancel any such advertised details or performances. No refund is given for performances that go ahead where changes have been made to the advertised musicians.
Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have purchased a ticket and are unable to attend a performance for any reason, no refund is given, and the ticket cannot be transferred to another performance. Similarly if you have made a mistake on the performance date i.e. if you booked for April and actually wanted to come to May, then the ticket is still not transferable and is non-refundable. In addition any ticket(s) purchased are non-transferable between people, the person named on the ticket is the person that ticket is valid for.
Time Alterations - Late Arrivals
We reserve the right to change/alter performance times due to the logistics of musicians and circumstances on the night. Musicians may start later than advertised. The estimated finish times may also alter due to similar circumstances. There is no re-fund or part refund for performances which fall short of previously advertised times and lengths. If you arrive late to a performance or miss a performance for which you have pre-paid, no refund is given.
Behaviour at the Club
The staff at the Bridgewood and 144Club reserve the right to ask to leave, or if need be remove, any customer from the premises for any reason deemed necessary by the management for the emotional, physical and spiritual well-being, health and safety of the individual or group in question, or of other customers, musicians and staff. In such circumstances where you are asked to leave or removed, no refund is given. Violent behaviour will be prosecuted.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel a performance / event, and close the doors, before or during a performance without notice and for any reason. If we cancel a performance prior to 7.15pm on Wednesdays or 12.45pm on Sundays pre-paid customers will receive a refund. If the performance is cancelled or interrupted after the doors have opened then no refund is given. Non pre-paid customers, and pre-paid customers have no redress to claim travel or any other expenses if a performance is cancelled.
Health and Safety
Should any accident happen inside the hotel please inform us and direct any claim to the Bridgewood. Parking: The Bridgewood car park is free to customers but park at your own risk, Bridgewood accepts no liability for theft or loss of property.
Food & Drink
The 144Club is responsible for Tickets and Music. All food and drink is supplied by the Bridgewood. Should you have any questions or complaints please inform us but direct them to Bridgewood staff.
Photo's & Filming
Photography and Filming are not allowed at the 144Club. The 144Club regularly films and photographs performances. Sometimes guests may inadvertently appear in these. If you do not wish to appear in these then please do not attend the performances. If you pre-book and when you arrive do not want to be filmed then please speak with the photographer and box office staff about where you can sit to avoid being photographed or filmed. If you are still unhappy then you could sit in the bar to hear the performances. If still unhappy then you may leave the performance. No refund will be given.
Privacy Policy
If you book to attend a concert then we handle data about you. When you book online or use your bank card to book over the phone you give us your name and address and email if booking online or phone number if booking over the phone. This data is needed so that your booking can be processed. Without these you cannot book.
When making online payments your name, postal address and email address is used by Pay Pal to process your order. Once processed by Pay Pal and your bank, Pay Pal pass this data to us (contact data not bank account data) so we can complete the order by sending tickets to you or holding them on the door. We keep your name, address and email until the concert has finished or until the payment process (i.e. the confirmed transfer of money) has been confirmed (whichever is the later). After this we do not hold records unless you ask us to do so. Data we use and hold through the booking process is in-line with Pay Pal policy (for online tickets).
When making payments over the phone to us your name and postal address and card numbers are used by us to enter your matching address and card details into the card machine in order to process your order. Without this data you cannot book. Once processed by us (that is inputting your data into the Card Machine) we destroy your card details and hold your contact data so we can complete the order by sending tickets to you or holding them on the door. We keep your card receipt in-line with the banks policy on card machines until the concert is finished or until payment transfer is confirmed (whichever is the later). We do not store any card details electronically. We keep card receipts in a locked room with no windows to the outside until the process is completed whereupon it is destoyed. We do not keep any contact data in the same place as card receipts. We keep your name, address and phone number until the concert has finished or until the payment process (i.e. the confirmed transfer of money) has been confirmed (whichever is the later). After this we do not hold records unless you ask us to do so. We are compliant with the Bank for holding and processing of data (for phone bookings). If we don't meet their standards of data safety we are not allowed to operate a card machine.
We also operate a land post mail list and an email mail list. We hold your contact data (name, address, email, phone number) if you ask to be on this free mailing list. All data is held securely and we do not pass any of this data to any third party. We only use your email or postal address for the purpose of the mail list. We use your phone number for responding to queries, or for us to tell you about concert cancellations and emergencies. The mail list you sign up to is to receive notification of gigs and concerts of Roan Kearsey-Lawson. You can ask to be removed from this list at any time. If you ask to be removed your contact data will be destroyed and you will no longer receive notifications from us.
